Dr. Fullmer joined the Great Plains Clinic, P.C. in January of 2010.
Dr. Fullmer is a native of Tempe, AZ. He completed his undergraduate studies in medical technology at Brigham Young University in Provo, UT and obtained his podiatric medical degree at the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, CA.
Dr. Fullmer then went on to finish his two year surgical residency at the Bellwood General Hospital in Bellflower, CA., before then completing a one year sports medicine flellowship at the Stanford University Hospital in Menlo Park, CA., working at that time with the San Francisco 49ers professional football, and San Francisco Giants professional baseball teams. Following his school/residency he went on to practice in Gilbert, AZ. for ten years.
Dr. Fullmer cares for patients of all ages, and specializes in diabetics, wound care, sports medicine, injuries and general podiatry. He is board certified in podiatric surgery and is licensed to practice podiatry in North Dakota.
