Radiology Records Release

If you need your x-rays to be sent to another facility, you will be asked to fill out a release. Please allow us 48 hours for retrieval and travel time.

If you need a report to be faxed to another facility, please remember to provide us with the fax number for that facility.

If you have an x-ray performed, please allow 2-3 business days for your results to be obtained. A physician will call you with any abnormal results.

If you had a radiological procedure performed at another facility, please allow 7-10 days for us to receive that report. You will then be contacted by a physician with any abnormal results.

If you are seeing a specialist, you will need to obtain any x-rays that are pertinent for your appointment. If your x-rays were performed at another facility, you will need to contact that facility and make arrangements to retrieve those films from there.
